1
Apply lemon juice to your neck freckles. Allow the juice to sit on the freckles for 15 to 30 minutes before rinsing off with cool water. The acidity in the lemon juice has been shown to lighten freckles.

2
Warm two tablespoons of honey and apply it to your neck. The honey should remain there for about 20 minutes. Rinse the honey off with warm water. Use unpasteurized honey as it contains bits of pollen and propolis which serves to brighten the skin. Raw honey is also deeply moisturizing to the skin so you will notice your neck feels smoother after application.

Mix one tablespoon of yellow mustard with four tablespoons of milk. Apply the mixture to your freckles and allow it to sit there for 15 to 20 minutes. Yellow mustard is a rubefacient which encourages skin cell production. As a result, new skin cells that are not sun damaged will be produced more rapidly. You may notice a slightly warming sensation when you apply the mixture to your neck.

Use cleansers, toners and lotions on your neck which contain alpha hydroxy acids. These acids encourage skin cell regeneration. As a result, new skin cells will be produced more quickly to replace the freckled skin cells. Like most skin regeneration products, alpha hydroxy acids do make skin more sensitive so it's imperative that you keep your neck out of the sun while using the acids. Since the skin will be vulnerable, you may be more prone to sun damage and freckling.

5
Rub a bleaching cream on your neck freckles. You can find many bleaching and lightening creams available in drug stores. For stronger bleaching creams, ask your dermatologist for a prescription.
-
6
Take vitamin A supplements. Vitamin A is essential to skin health and will help cell regeneration.
-
7
Choose lotions or serums which contain vitamin C. When applied to your neck, Vitamin C will have a lightening effect on your freckles and help to brighten the skin there overall.
-
8
Wear sunscreen on your neck every day. The sun's rays can damage your skin and cause freckles, even on rainy or overcast days. You won't be able to lighten your neck freckles if you venture into the sun without protection.

It takes a while to fade freckles. Remain dedicated to your treatment plan and you'll see results.
Avoid being out in the sun from 10 am to 2 pm when it is strongest. Always wear sunscreen.
Be aware the alpha hydroxy acids and Retin-A creams must be used in conjunction with sun protection. Since regeneration creams increase sun sensitivity, the skin must be protected.
