They're no longer a taboo subject. Many individuals and couples are beginning to see the many benefits of using sexual toys for stimulation and enjoyment during their sexual encounters. If used properly either by yourself or with a partner, sexual toys can safely bring added pleasure to your intimate experiences.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Small bullet vibrator
  • Male masturbation sleeve
  • G-spot vibrator
  • Strap-on clitoral stimulator
  • Multifunction vibrator with clitoral stimulator
  • Cock ring (with or without vibration)
  • Anti-bacterial toy cleaner
  • Lubricant (water- or silicone-based)
  1. Step 1

Use a small bullet type vibrator to gently stimulate your clitoral area, either during masturbation or intercourse with a partner. The majority of women cannot achieve orgasm without some type of clitoral stimulation, so using a small egg-shaped bullet vibrator is perfect for targeting that area.

  2. Step 2

Look into purchasing a cock ring, if you would like your male partner to be able to lengthen his endurance in the bedroom. Cock rings allow blood to flow into the penis, but slow its flow back into the body. This causes the man's penis to become more erect and slightly wider in girth, and can help prolong an orgasm. Cock rings come in different shapes and sizes, and a vibrating one with a bullet attachment can provide clitoral or anal stimulation for the woman as well. Cock rings should be applied with lubricant and slid all the way down to the base of the man's slightly erect penis.

  3. Step 3

Incorporate a male masturbation sleeve into your foreplay routine with your partner, or use it as a masturbation tool by yourself. Male masturbation sleeves come in various sizes and shapes and are generally a tubular shape made of jelly-like material with bumps or ridges on the inside for added pleasure. Lubricant should be applied to the penis before inserting the penis into the sleeve. You can slide the sleeve up and down the shaft of the penis until climax is achieved, or you can pinch the top of the sleeve closed to add extra suction and tightness.

  4. Step 4

Utilize a G-spot vibrator in your bedroom routine, either with a partner or by yourself. G-spot vibrators have a curved design made for finding that elusive G-spot. They have vibration to add extra pleasure, and should be inserted with the curved section pointing up. Slowly slide the lubricant-covered vibrator into your vagina until you find your G-spot (on the roof of your vagina, a few inches in). Continue to use the G-spot vibrator until you achieve orgasm. A clitoral stimulator can be used with a G-spot vibrator to achieve a dual orgasm.

  5. Step 5

Try using a strap-on clitoral stimulator during intercourse with your partner. These stimulators are meant to be strapped around the waist or thighs, and usually cover either the entire clitoral area, or rest solely on the clitoris. The vibrations on the clitoris during sexual penetration can help a woman achieve orgasm.

  6. Step 6

Use a multifunction vibrator with a clitoral stimulator by yourself for masturbation, or with a partner for some added spice in the bedroom. These more advanced toys are normally in the shape of a penis, and have an extension for clitoral vibration and stimulation. They generally have various vibration speeds and shaft rotation, and the direction of the shaft rotation can often be changed. With lubricant, these vibrators are made to be inserted completely into the vagina, then either held still or manipulated in and out of the vagina until orgasm is achieved.

  7. Step 7

Clean all sexual toys with an anti-bacterial toy cleaner after each use. Be sure to wash the toy cleaner off and dry the toys before storing them away.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use a variety of sexual toys to spice up your time in the bedroom.
  • Don't use sex toys without lubricant, or they can dry the vagina out and cause tiny cuts in the vaginal wall.
