Handmade cards are special for the recipients. It means a lot to them that you have taken the time to craft a message especially for them. Creating cards is also a great activity for your children to gather around the dining table and share with one another. A cornucopia is a message of plenty and thankfulness. It is a perfect symbol for you to stamp on your Thanksgiving cards.
Cut a piece of orange card-stock to the size that you want for a greeting card.

Fold card in half using a bone folder or stick for a crisp fold.

Stamp cornucopia image on white card-stock or scrapbooking paper. Stamp Thanksgiving greeting on the same piece of paper. Color in image as desired. When thoroughly dry cut out the image and greeting with sharp scissors.

Cut out a brown card-stock square to fit in the center of the front of the orange card leaving a 1/2-inch border.

Use tape or tape runner to affix the cornucopia and greeting to the brown card-stock piece.

Adhere brown card-stock to the orange card.

Stamp a greeting or Thanksgiving poem inside of the card if you choose to.
