How to Draw Anime Wings

In anime, wings can be found on people, animals, dragons and more. Here is a very simple method to draw basic wing forms so that they look structured.

Instructions

1. 

   Draw two upside down 'V' shapes coming from the shoulders.

2. 

   Draw guidelines. Circle the point of each wing and draw at least three arrows coming down from the circle.

3. 

   Draw feathers or scales by making their points line up this the guide marks. Each one will get progressively bigger as they get closer to the bottom of the wing.

4. Erase the guide marks and repeat the steps for the other wing.

Tips & Warnings

• Wings without scales or feathers can be made by using the guide marks as a guide for the bone structure of the wing.
