How to Make Twitter Updates Private

Twitter is a social networking tool that allows you to stay in touch with friends, family and co-workers, and network with people online. However, you may decide to make your Twitter updates private so that only people you have approved can see your updates. You don't need to create a separate profile to protect yourself from unwanted followers; just follow these steps.
