How to Make Italian Playing Cards Using an English Deck
English playing cards are used all over the world and are the accepted default deck in most places. There are a few countries in southern Europe that have their own unique playing cards. In Italy, most games are played with a 40-card deck adorned with items like coins, cups and swords. Italy has many fast-paced card games. If you want to partake in these games but have only an English standard deck, don't fear. It's easy to turn that English deck into a 40-card Italian deck of playing cards.
