How to make a better carrot cake.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • box of carrot cake.
  • white icing
  • almonds
  • Mixing bowl
  • mixer
  • spatula
  • baking pan[silicone]
  1. Step 1

    Before you start the baking preparations, preheat oven.
    Start by adding all the ingredients that it calls far on the box.
    Then using your mixer ,start mixing on low speed for 30 sec.

  2. Step 2

    Then turn speed to medium for 2 min, scraping frequently to keep the mixer the same consistency.
    Pour mixed carrot cake mixture baking pans.
    Put in oven and bake at 325 degrees.

  3. Step 3

    Cook for 25-30 min. Depending on what type of pan your using.
    Cake is done, when you press lightly, on top of the cake, and it springs back.
    Take out of oven and let cool 10 min. before removing cake from pan.
    Remove cake from pan

  4. Step 4

    Mix 1 sm. bag of almonds into 1 can of white fluffy icing.
    Now add this delicious icing to the cake and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can also add a few almonds in with the cake mixture.
  • As always keep children away from hot surfaces.
