Costume outlets seem to sprout up as soon as the first leaf falls. However, the internet is a great place to comparison shop. By using the internet you find costumes that many local retailers don’t have in stock. Plus the prices are usually lower. -

Go on a haunted hay ride. Check your local newspapers and websites for listings on dates, locations, and times for these events.

Six Flags Great Adventure Fright FestGo to an amusement park. Many well known theme parks like Dorney Park in Allentown, Pennsylvania or Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey decorate the park for this holiday.

If going out isn’t your thing this year, try staying home. Invite some friends over for a horror movie marathon. Be sure to stock up on candy, small party food, and beverages.
Many cable channels offer marathons of scary flicks throughout the month of October, but you can always rent some movies from Netflix or watch them online -

Remember to be safe and have fun.
Halloween comes around once a year, so you might as well enjoy it!
