      Blot the wet stain with paper towels to absorb as much urine as possible.

      Pour undiluted vinegar right on same spot, saturating that area.

      Take fresh paper towels and continue to blot again till just moist.

Tips & Warnings

  • If the urine spot has dried, before applying vinegar wet the area with a little cold water and then begin the steps mentioned above.

  • Before applying vinegar to carpet, test a small corner first to make sure the vinegar will not remove the dye in the carpet.
