This is an easy and inexpensive way to get rid of pet urine odor caused from pet accidents that won't leave a chemical residue. It also helps in the removal of stains caused by the pet urine and is a natural and environmentally friendly disinfectant. Just follow the easy steps below.

Things You'll Need

• White distilled vinegar
• paper towels

Instructions

1. Blot the wet stain with paper towels to absorb as much urine as possible.

2. Pour undiluted vinegar right on same spot, saturating that area.

3. Take fresh paper towels and continue to blot again till just moist.

Tips & Warnings

• If the urine spot has dried, before applying vinegar wet the area with a little cold water and then begin the steps mentioned above.

• Before applying vinegar to carpet, test a small corner first to make sure the vinegar will not remove the dye in the carpet.
