Instructions

    • 1

      Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    • 2

      Drain peaches.

    • 3

In a medium size mixing bowl combine all ingredients. You can either let the butter sit out and soften first or just chop it up roughly and put it in. Mix well!

    • 4

Pour into a square Pyrex-style dish and bake at 350 degrees for one hour, or until cobbler feels springy to the touch. When it is done it will still be a bit gooey but should not be runny. If it is, just bake a little longer. The final result should be a little chewy, gooey, delicious after dinner treat!

Tips & Warnings

  • To really make it an event, add vanilla ice cream to still warm cobbler. Oh my!

  • This will be hot, obviously, when it comes out of the oven, so PLEASE HANDLE CAREFULLY! Even the most delicious desserts don't taste quite so nice with burned fingers!
