Ice Cream Brownie Cake is a delicious treat that is easy to make and will be the hit of any get together. Combining brownies and ice cream makes the perfect dessert!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 2 cooked batches of brownies
  • 2 pints of ice cream
  • a 9X12 cake pan
  1. Step 1

After you have cooked your two batches of brownies let them cool for about an hour. While they are cooling put your two pints of ice cream in the freezer. I recommend using either milk chocolate or dutch chocolate ice cream.

  2. Step 2

Once the brownies are cool, spread the ice cream on top of the first batch of brownies. Smooth the ice cream over the brownies so it covers the brownies evenly.

  3. Step 3

Carefully remove the second batch of brownies from their pan and place them over the ice cream.

  4. Step 4

For an nice finished touch use icing to write Happy Birthday, Congratulations, Good Luck or whatever other words can be used to describe your celebration.

  5. Step 5

Put the Brownie Ice Cream Cake back in the freezer for at least an hour prior to serving.

  6. Step 6

Now it is time to enjoy. Yum!!!

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure the brownies are completely cool before you put the ice cream on them. If you need them to cool quicker put them in the freezer.
  • Store your leftover cake in the freezer covered with foil.
