How to eat 5 to 6 times a day and lose weight as well as afford it!

Things You'll Need:

  • Dedication and commitment to change your life....not diet!
  1. Step 1

    Throw away every piece of junk food in your house away and create a new grocery list of healthy foods to cook and also healthy alternatives for snacks at work.

  2. Step 2

    Eating healthy doesn't have to be a terrible process, for most it is but we can change that. First you have to find what foods you enjoy and most importantly a food you can do alot with. That food is more than likely Chicken. There are more chickens on earth than there are humans so this great bird will always be stocked on the shelves at your local grocery stores. Chicken is important because you can make literally thousands of dishes with it and never get bored (for recipes please visit www.recipes.com). Another great food is fish. Now if you dont like fish I'm sure there is some way you can find to cook it that you like. I try and eat beef every couple of weeks it's not easily digested and is a little more expensive.

    Now eating! Wake up and have a good serving of protein (eggs) as well as getting carbs, a multi-vitamin and some fruit juice. Roughly 2 1/2 to 3 hours later grab a snack like a banana or a protein shake. I know what your thinking, why all the protein? well protein makes up everything in our bodies from hair to vital organs. In fact there is only one thing your body has more of and thats water. Protein is essential to all kinds of dieting because it feeds your muscles and according to recent studies at the University of Nebraska, will increase your life span. Moving on, about 2 1/2 to 3 hours after your snack eat lunch. This is where your chicken or fich recipe comes in. Ensure you're getting a vegetable with all your meals! Very Important. Now its 2 1/2 to 3 hours after lunch and you're probably getting ready to get off work and head to the gym. Take another small snack like some fruit or a handful of almonds or cashews. You could even take a porotein shake if you want to. Now go home prepare another chicken or fish or your bi-weekly beef dinner and do not eat carbs at all at dinner, you don't need them. That should do it, if you follow these steps you will lose weight, the healthy way! I did not tell you what exactly to eat at every meal so you can taylor it to your liking. Just make sure you'r eating good foods. There are thousands of diets and pills out there and none of them work, the only thing you need is hard work and dedication. Good Luck

Tips & Warnings
  • Make sure you drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday!
  • Apply the 90-10 rule to your life. Watch what you eat 90% of the time and you can cheat the other 10%. We all need cheats so keep some fat free ice cream or soemthing similar in the fridge for those cravings!
