The next thing you should do is read the eulogy to someone else. This is to make sure everything is correct factually and to see how the flow sounded to them. Also, when reading to someone else, you will likely say your eulogy speech a lot faster and this will give you a more accurate results when timing the speech.

The last bit of help that I can offer is that when giving eulogys, make sure you take deep breaths. There are a lot of emotions running through you and these deep breaths will help you gather yourself. Also, you know how long it takes you to take a breath... not long. These breaths will remind you that you are only taking a small simple pause.
