How to Make Chicken Cutlets

Chicken cutlets are easy and fast and so good. Here is a healthier way to make them, tastier too. Does this Spark an idea?

Things You'll Need

  • 6 thin chicken cutlets
  • 2 cups of bread crumbs
  • 1 palmfull of grated cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic powder
  • 4 eggs
  • vegetable cooking oil-3tabel spoons

Instructions

      Take a bowl and scramble the eggs. Add salt and pepper to the egg mixture. Take your cutlets and dip them into the eggs

      Now take the cutlets and coat them into the bread crumbs. Now add garlic powder to them and a bit of grated cheese. DO each cutlets separately.

      Now on a cookie sheet or shallow baking pan, lay cutlets side by side Drizzle a bit of olive oil on top and around the pan. You could add a bit of broth if you feel you want to prevent the pan from burning.

      Put the cutlets into the oven on 350 deg. for about 45 minutes. When done serve and enjoy.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can add a slice of mozzarella cheese on top or ham for a different flavor
