Here is an easy way to organize, schedule, and manage your finances by creating a free printable daily planner. These planner sheets are printable making them both user friendly and versatile.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • laptop or home computer
  • financial software like Microsoft Money
  • calculator
  • printer
  • debts, income
  1. Step 1

    If you have a home desktop PC, mac or personal notebook, you may access for free or can download a management software such as Microsoft Money to help design your free printable daily planner sheets to help you organize your budget and expenses.

  2. Step 2

    Design your printable daily planner sheets around 6 main categories:
    1. Total Monthly Gross Income
    2. Weekly Household Expenses
    3. Monthly Car Expenses
    4. Weekly Debts
    5. Daily Miscellaneous Expenses
    6. Total Net Monthly Income (free income available)

  3. Step 3

    Household expenses should include rent or mortgage loans, property and casualty, house payments, utilities, mortgage taxes, and any daily household repairs

  4. Step 4

    Automotive expenses include auto loans, gasoline, car insurance, and auto maintenance make up the next category on your weekly budget planner sheets.

  5. Step 5

    Debts should include any credit loans and monthly credit balance you choose to pay make up your next daily planner category.

  6. Step 6

    Next list any Miscellaneous budget expenses as any other weekly expenses such as:
    -childcare/school
    -clothing, groceries
    -family entertainment, cable, videos, newspaper, magazines
    -medical, vet
    -clubs, association dues
    -investments, life insurance
    -vacation, gifts for holidays
    -haircuts, nails, etc.

  7. Step 7

    Figure total weekly budget at the top of your printable daily planner sheets, then total your weekly expenses for each category, and subtract to get your net income free at the bottom.

Tips & Warnings
  • Always round up when estimating any daily expenses in your budget planner Get your weekly planner sheet completed first and list as many items as you can think of under miscellaneous before writing your own expenses in. Divide your printable planner sheets in 2 if paid bi-weekly or 4 if every week to help determine your payment schedules Always include a category under miscellaneous for emergency or liquid expenses and decide how much you can free up each week to add to this fund
