Things You'll Need:
- Eggplant
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Aluminium foil

Step 1
Cut eggplant 1/2 cm thick and brush them with olive oil. Sprinkle salt and pepper for taste.

Place aluminium foil on the grill. Grill both side for few minutes until they change to light brown color and became a little softer.

Step 3
Thats it! You can enjoy it with grilled meat, fish or steamed rice. Drizzle with a little bit sweet soy sauce if you like.
