How to Control Frizzy Hair with Household Products

Controlling your frizzy hair is easy as many of the items are available in your kitchen. So the next time you run out of conditioner, or your favorite anti-frizz serum, don’t stress out, just go to your kitchen and grab a little of this or that. Remember there is no reason for you to have to go to work with bad hair, or to wear a hat. You can always control your frizzy hair with household products!

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Hand lotion
  • Olive oil
  • Essential oil
  • Dryer sheet
  • Frizz control hair shampoo and conditioner
  1. Step 1

    If you are prone to frizzy or flyaway hair wash and condition, your hair with anti-frizz control products.

  2. Step 2

    Blow dry and style your hair. If you notice frizz or flyaway hair, grab your body butter to control your frizzy hair. Put a pea size amount of the butter in the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together, palm to palm. Then lightly run your hands over your flyaway hair. You can also use the body butter on damp hair.

  3. Step 3

    Add shine and control your frizz with a drop of extra virgin olive oil. One drop of oil will control shoulder length hair. Hair that is treated with olive oil has luxurious shine.

  4. Step 4

    Control frizzy hair with jojoba massage oil. Your hair will look and feel like silk.

  5. Step 5

    If you are desperate and have none of the above-mentioned items, go to the laundry room and grab a dryer sheet! Rub a dryer sheet over your hair! The dryer sheet is renowned to reduce static cling, so in an emergency the dryer sheet will control your frizzy hair. You will have fresh scented frizz free hair all day.
