How to Make a No-Bake Strawberry Bottom Cheesecake

When you mix graham cracker crust and strawberries with cheesecake, you can't go wrong. With a super-easy recipe and only a few ingredients you can serve a great piece of pie..

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 Ready Crust Graham Cracker Pie Shell w/ Inverted Dome
  • 4oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • 4oz. Frozen non-dairy whipped topping
  • 1 pint fresh Strawberries. thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Strawberry glaze
  1. Step 1

    Rinse strawberries off and discard stem. Thinly slice strawberries and place on paper towels to drain. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, until smooth. Slowly blend in sugar. Next, blend in sour cream and vanilla.

  2. Step 2

    Lightly fold in whipped topping, blending well. Spread a thin layer of glaze into bottom of crust. Cover the top of glaze with the slice strawberries. You can save some strawberries to use on top of cheesecake after chilled if you like. Top with another layer of glaze.

  3. Step 3

    Lightly spoon mixture into crust and spread evenly. Cover tightly with inverted dome and chill, at minimum 4 hrs.
    This super-easy dessert works great at baby showers, bungo night, card night or after a great dinner.

Tips & Warnings
  • You can serve with more glaze and strawberries on top
  • Great for picnic's, you can pre-slice and cover tightly, place in cooler on top of ice
