How to make Pecan Pumpkin Cake

Pecan Pumpkin Cake is a great treat for fall festival and dinner desserts.

Things You'll Need:

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1/2 c. chopped pecans
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 tsp. ginger
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 c. pumpkin
• 1/2 tsp. mace
• 1 c. raisins

1. Combine cake mix, pecans and spices in a mixing bowl.

2. Mix in the eggs, pumpkin and 1/3 less water than called for in cake mix directions.

3. Mix in raisins. Bake in a greased tube pan at 350 degree for 50 minutes. Glaze or frost and serve.
