Here is how to make perfectly fluffy scrambled eggs that everyone will love!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • eggs
  • salt
  • butter
  • bowl
  • skillet
  • fork
  1. Step 1

Turn skillet to high heat and add some butter.

  2. Step 2

Break eggs into a bowl. A good rule is generally two eggs per person.

  3. Step 3

Measure some salt onto the palm of your clean hand, then sprinkle into the bowl.

  4. Step 4

Stab each yolk with a fork and whip with the fork until the yolks and whites are thoroughly blended.

  5. Step 5

The skillet should be ready now, butter melted but not brown. Pour in the egg mixture. You will hear a slight sizzle.

  6. Step 6

Take the fork and pull the eggs in from the outside of the skillet, to the center. Keep doing this just until all the mixture has been cooked. Do not overcook. Turn off burner. Make a quick flip, and fluff it with a fork.

  7. Step 7

Immediately pour the eggs onto a platter. Taste eggs to see if they have enough salt, adding more if needed. Place a bit of butter over the top, moving it over the eggs until they glisten. Serve right away. Enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • After time it will become instinctual on how much salt to add without measuring. It is best to under salt if you are not sure how much to add. You can always add more salt, but over salty eggs are not as easy to fix. (See article on what to do if you overs salt foods).
  • Be sure there are no shell pieces in the eggs.
