Things You'll Need:
- Non toxic paint (orange, brown, yellow and red)
- Construction paper
- Creative mind
- Craft scissors
- Laminating supplies
- Poems of your own (optional)
- Glue

Step 1
Get all of the materials needed to start the project. Take construction paper and place flat on table and cut into shape of a placemat if paper isn’t sized.

Step 2
Put the Thanksgiving inspired paint into separate trays. Place your child’s hand in the paint color of their choice

Step 3
Once you’ve done this, place their hands flat on the construction paper making sure to leave a space in between.

Step 4
Get real creative with a special thanksgiving poems you’ve created or maybe found online.

Step 5
Type it up so it can look neat if your handwriting isn’t so great. Glue the poem in the space that you left available between your child’s hands.

Step 6
Decorate with any extra designs you want. Let it dry for a couple of hours. When dry, laminate so you may hold onto this memory forever.

Step 7
Repeat this with every family member including yourself.
