There are wreaths for every season, but what about Halloween? It's the day that many people come to your front door, so why not greet them this year with a spooky Halloween wreath? This is an easy to make wreath, that's guaranteed to please all of your guests!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Evergreen wreath
  • Black spray paint
  • Orange pumpkin garland
  • Small skulls
  • Halloween ribbon
  • Hot glue gun
  • Craft wire
  • Wreath hanger
  1. Step 1
     

    Place the wreath on a tarp. Prepare to paint the wreath by going outside or paint in an area that has ventilation. Place the wreath on a tarp. Spray paint the wreath black. Wait until the front is dry and then flip it over and paint the back.

  2. Step 2
     

    Wrap the pumpkin garland around the wreath. Space the garland two to three inches apart.

  3. Step 3

    Heat up your hot glue gun. When it’s ready glue your skulls onto your wreath, place the skulls in an interesting pattern, leave space at the top for the bow.

  4. Step 4
     

    Tie a big bow with the Halloween ribbon. Attach the bow to the wreath with craft wire. Add smaller bows for added interest. Hang the wreath on your front door.

Tips & Warnings
  • Okay to paint your wreath orange
  • Decorate with black or purple accessories
  • Be creative
  • Wear a mask when using the spray paint
  • Hang wreath behind storm door or under an awning.
