Many people in Europe and the US overeat every single day of their lives, in fact the average American eats at least 250 excess calories every day. If you find yourself wanting to cut the extra calories intake and burn off some excess fat, fast and easy without having to work at it too hard, there are ways in which you can drop the pounds and carry on enjoying your food. If you suffer the pangs of cravings throughout the day and during the evening there are also a few quick fixes for those too.

    Take the dog or the kids out for a walk, take a walk on your lunch break, walk whenever you can leave the car at home. Walking burns up 250 calories per hour.
