Things You'll Need:
- Baby hair brush
-
Step 1
American Red Cross Baby BrushPurchase a baby hair brush with soft nylon bristles. You can find a baby brush at drugstores and Amazon for around $5.00. (see resources)
-
Step 2
Get in the shower and let water run over your face.
-
Step 3
Apply cleanser to the baby brush and in a circular motion run it over your face for a few minutes. Cetaphil and Cerave are good cleansers to try and an excellent way to exfoliate skin with a baby brush.
-
Step 4
Pat your face almost dry and apply moisturizer. Moisturizer absorbs better and plumps up the skin when applied to slightly damp skin.
-
Step 5
Exfoliate skin with a baby brush several times a week to eliminate dead skin cells and let your skin glow.

on 10/20/2008 Healthy cats like the soft-massaging bristles of a baby brush too. Just wash with baby shampoo and clean fur out as needed.
