Dealing with rude co-workers is something everyone has experinced in his/her life! Learn how to deal with these rude people in a calm and professional matter!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Positive attitude
  1. Step 1

Try your best to ignore this particular co worker or set of workers, ignoring them is probably the best thing you can do.

  2. Step 2

If ignoring doesn’t work then try taking a break. This may involve stepping outside of the working setting for a minute to take a breather.

  3. Step 3

Kill them with kindness just because they are rude to you doesn’t mean you have to stoop to their level.

  4. Step 4

Remember the only reason why they are rude is because of their unhappiness with life.

on 10/18/2009 Great article.

It NEVER pays to be rude back to someone. After the five minutes of gratification you receive, you'll immediately regret stooping below a professional level.

I've followed all the advice in this article and gotten pretty good results. #4 was especially helpful.
