on 9/12/2009 How do I know if I have a cold or just allergies? I woke up this morning and I had a really running nose and then ever since breakfast I have been sneezing all day. I have been coughing a little bit. I dont have any allergies that I know of. How can I tell if I am really coming down with something or if I'm just allergic to something?
on 3/3/2009 Great tips, thanks.
on 3/3/2009 The best defense against the cold virus is not to catch it in the first place!!! So true, I take a 1000mg of vitamin C every morning and I can't remember the last time I had a cold. Take plenty of vitamin C and stay "cold free".
on 12/8/2008 Thanks for sharing. Last week, my whole family had the cold - not fun! There definitely are things you can do to lessen the discomfort though! Great article!
