Customizing MySpace
Having a MySpace page is fun, easy and best of all, free. With a MySpace page you can let your friends and family know how you are doing, show them your latest pictures and share your favorite songs and videos with them. When you first sign up with MySpace there will be some basic things on it. Fortunately, you can add all kinds of fun, interesting and useful things to your MySpace page to make it look and sound just the way you want. A customized MySpace page can be an expression of who you are and how you think.

Tips & Warnings
Instead of a background, you can choose an entire MySpace theme or layout, which will affect how many of the things look on your profile, not just your background.
Check your page as a visitor periodically by going to myspace.com/yourusername. When you log into your MySpace as the owner, you will not see your layout the way your visitors do.
If there is any information that you don't want everyone seeing, don't put it on your MySpace page. Though MySpace pages can be set to private, the information on your initial home page is available for anyone to see.
You can't just copy any photo off of the Internet and use it on your MySpace page. If it is not your own photo, make sure you have permission to use it from whoever owns the copyright.
