Instructions

    • 1

Bend one end of the pipe cleaner. This will prevent the beads from falling off the stem as you string them.

    • 2
Tri-beads work well for this because they nest together.

Fill all but the last half inch of the pipe cleaner with beads. You can create a pattern or just string them randomly. String them so that you cannot see any of the pipe cleaner between the beads.

    • 3

Bend the pipe cleaner so that it forms a circle. At this point, you will see your wreath take shape. Unbend the bent end and twist the two ends together so that the circle holds.

    • 4

Tie a loop of gold string around the middle of the open area of the pipe cleaner. This will be the hanger for the ornament.

    • 5

Tie a bow around the open area of the pipe cleaner. Use the thin red ribbon. You can give your bow short or long tails, and it can be as simple or as elaborate as you wish.

Tips & Warnings

  • Use eyelet lace in-between the beads to make a frillier version of this wreath.
