Step 1
Safari on the dockOpen the Safari application. On a Mac, this would be accessed from your dock; on a PC, this would be on your Start menu.

Decide what Web page you would like to make your home page and type that in to the URL field.

Safari Preferences windowWhen the page has loaded, click Safari > Preferences from the navigation toolbar.

From under the General tab, choose the button for "Set to Current Page." This confirms that the page you've selected to be your Web page will be officially set.

Close out of the Preferences window. Continue searching the Internet. Now every time you open Safari, you'll start off on your own personal home page.
