Step 1
Visit the official Firefox Universal Uploader site by following the link in Resources. On the left side of the page, click on the download button to install the Firefox add-on.
-
Step 2
Restart your browser. Once it has finished loading, go to the Tools menu and select "Firefox Uploader." It will appear in a new tab.
-
Step 3
From the pull-down menu on the left (next to the "Options" tab), select the service to which you would like to upload media. You can only upload to one site at a time.
-
Step 4
Click on the "Manage Account" button at the far left and wait for the pop-up window. Enter your login information, then follow the prompts to verify your account. Some of the supported sires have different third-party protocols, so the verification process can vary from service to service.
-
Step 5
Start uploading your media. Use the left pane to browse files on your hard drive, and simply drag and drop the files into the right pane to upload them to your selected server.
-
Step 6
Wait for your queue. You can upload an unlimited amount of media to these sites, but they will only upload one at a time, so mass files will be separated into a queue. Once your queue is empty, you can switch to a different server, or quit the application by closing its Firefox tab.
