• Extra virgin olive oil
• Sea salt
• Water
• Cotton gloves

1. Shop for olive oil. Look for "Extra Virgin" on the label. Extra virgin olive oil is the highest quality olive oil.

2. Exfoliate your hands. Mix extra virgin olive oil with all-natural sea salt. Rub your hands together and exfoliate. Wash off mixture.

3. Apply olive oil. Before you go to sleep, rub on a liberal amount of olive oil.

4. Get cotton gloves. Slip on cotton gloves over hands. Go to sleep.

5. Wash hands in the morning. Rinse hands with warm water.

6. Use olive oil as hand moisturizer. Apply a fresh dose of olive oil onto your hands and use as moisturizer during the day.
