This Three Stooges poster is ideal. But there are plenty more!Decorate the party room appropriately. Put up Three Stooges posters, place Three Stooges mugs around the room and decorate the room in a 1930s or 1940s theme.

Shemp? Yeah, Shemp was cool!Demand that everyone dress as his favorite Stooge, or at least wear a Three Stooges shirt. People with dark, curly hair are obvious Larrys. Chubby and bald? Go as Curly. Short folks with straight hair can comb it in a mop style and go as Moe or Shemp.

Who can impersonate a true comedic genius--Curly Howard?Run a talent contest. An ideal activity would be Curly impersonations. Those who can give the most convincing "Nyuk, Nyuk, Nyuk!" or Curly-style spins on the back would win a prize, such as a Three Stooges video or Three Stooges mug.

No, no! Not Curly Joe!Secure the best videos for a 1- or 2-hour Three Stooges film festival. Most of them should feature Curly, with an occasional Shemp thrown in. But show no videos featuring Curly Joe or Joe! This can't be stressed enough. Their appearances marked the demise of the Three Stooges and will spell similar doom for your theme party!

The Three Stooges and friends pose here after a pie fight.Prepare for the big finale. Have everyone be responsible for bringing one cream pie and have them place the pies all around the room. Blow a whistle and yell "Pie Fight!" If your guests are shy, pick up a pie and send it gently into someone's face. That should get a genuine Three Stooges-style pie fight going!
