Create tags. Think about the different categories your frequently visited sites fit into. Creating labels like "Blogs," "News sites" and "Work" helps you see how much of your time is spent goofing off and how much is actually legitimate. You can create these labels by finding the drop-down menu above your site list, selecting "New tag," typing your label into the text box and pressing Enter.

Apply your tags. Next to each site in your list, you will see a blank check box. Simply select the box next to each site that falls into a certain category, then select the appropriate tag from the drop-down menu at the top of the list.

Keep track of your habits. After a few days, you will be able to view a graph of the changes in your daily browsing habits. This graph can be found in the "History" tab on the left navigational bar. This is very useful if you are trying to cut back on the time you spend viewing certain sites, and gives you an easy way to track your progress.
