How to Create Brighter Eyes
We have all had days where we wake up and our eyes look tired and swollen with dark circles underneath. Without going to a fancy spa or taking a long vacation, there is a simple way to brighten our eyes by using a bit of makeup. Here’s an easy step-by-step guide to creating larger, brighter eyes. Things You'll Need
- Bare Escentuals Glimmer Shadow in Sunshine and Opal
- Large eye-shadow brush
- Max Factor Kohl Pencil in White
- Liquid eyeliner in your regular color
- Eyelash curler
- Mascara
- Q-tips

Line the lower rims of your eye with Max Factor Kohl Pencil in white. Go from the outer corners all the way to the inner corners by the tear ducts.

Using a Q-tip, soften the white lines and remove any extra white specks that may have landed on your lower lashes.

Using the large eye-shadow brush, apply Bare Escentuals Glimmer Shadow in Sunshine all over your eyelids.

With the same brush, apply Bare Escentuals Glimmer Shadow in Opal on your brow bones. Blend the two eye-shadow colors well.

With a Q-tip, apply the Opal shadow around your tear ducts, outlining the inner parts of your eyes.

Apply very thin lines on your upper eyelids with the liquid eyeliner.

Curl your lashes with the eyelash curler, and apply mascara to both the upper and lower lashes.

Tips & Warnings
White eyeliner is very intense. If you prefer a softer look, use a pearl-colored eyeliner.
Carefully separate your eyelashes and make sure they don't clump from the mascara. This will help to make your eyes look even larger and brighter.
