  • Plastic snack bowls
  • Plastic goblets
  • Wooden candle holders
  • Candles
  • Cake trays
  • White balloons
  • Glow in the dark spray paint
  • White primer spray

Instructions

      Spray the outside of the bowls and cups with the white primer. Let dry. If you are not going to put food and drinks in the bowls and cups, then spray the inside too.

      Spray the candle holders and cake trays with the white primer. Let dry.

      Blow up the balloons and tie off. Set aside.

      Paint the outside of the bowls and cups with the glow in the dark paint. Let dry. Spray another coat of paint over the first. Let dry. If you are not going to use the bowls and cups for food and drinks, then you can spray paint the inside as well.

      Paint the candle holders and cake trays with the glow in the dark paint. Let dry. Add another coat of paint and let dry.

      Set the balloon in a bowl and spray with the glow in the dark paint. Cover the bowl with newspaper before adding the balloon. Let the balloon dry. Turn the balloon over and spray paint the other side. Let dry. If needed add another coat to the balloon in the same manner.

      Set your table with the glow in the dark dishes. Add candles to the candle holders. Put doilies on the cake trays and add treats. Place straws in the cups and candies in the bowls. Hang the balloons from the ceiling using fishing line. Turn off the lights to see it glow.
