How to make a Mimosa (cocktail)

So called because it resembles the color of a mimosa's yellow bloom.
SERVES:1

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

• juice of 1 passion fruit
• 1/2 measure orange curcao
• crused ice
• champagne, chilled
• slice of star fruit and twist of peel

1. 1 Scoop out the assion fruit flesh into a jug or a shaker and shake with curacao and a little crushed ice until frosted.

2. 2 Pour into the base of a champagne glass and top up with champagne.

3. 3 Dress with fruit.
