How to make Mom's Homemade Meatloaf
There's nothing like comfort food to cure your woes, and meatloaf does reign supreme. Here is an easy, quick recipe for my mom's simply perfect meatloaf. Does this Spark an idea?
Things You'll Need
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 2 teaspoons Goya Adobo
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce

Beat eggs and then add the milk.

Stir in bread crumbs, onion, Goya Adobo, and garlic powder.

Add beef and mix thoroughly with hands. Take the mixture and place into an 8x4x2 inch loaf pan.

Bake in a 350F oven for 1 1/4 hours.

Drain exccess fat. Then add the tomato sauce to the top of meatloaf and return to oven for another 10 minutes. VOILA! Super easy meatloaf with a little latino twist via the Goya Adobo! Slice and serve with mashed potatoes! YUMMY.

Tips & Warnings
For leftovers, buy a loaf of italian bread, slice and toast and then add warm meatloaf!
