1. If you are like me and prefer not to sit on the phone with the cable company, use Comcast Live Chat. Comcast Customer Service Representatives are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at http://www.comcastsupport.com/chat

2. I chatted with one of the friendliest representatives and asked them if there was a way for me to reduce the cost of my cable bill. After a few moments, they came back and said that they could reduce my bill for 6 months.

3. By taking about 5 minutes to chat online, I was able to save $22.75 per month for 6 months. That is a savings of $136.50! Pretty good for 5 minutes work!
