Things You'll Need:
- 1 bag Fresh Spinach (washed and torn into pieces)
- 2 hardboiled eggs sliced
- 8 slices ready cooked bacon(fried crisp and crumbled)
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. ketchup

Step 1
In large mixing bowl, toss together spinach, eggs and bacon, set aside.

Step 2
**Dressing to be prepared in advance as it needs to be chilled prior to serving.

Step 3
Mix together oil, vinegar, ketchup and sugar, best refrigerated prior to serving.
