Step 1
The first thing to decide is which type of
wedding consultant you need.
There a two types, independent and store-affiliated.
An independent consultant can plan your entire wedding
for you. The store-affiliated consultant may have a smaller area of expertise but will be less expensive. -
Step 2
Once you've decided on the level of assistance you will need,
you'll then schedule an appointment. This is the time
to ask questions such as: How long has she been in business?,
Does she have references? Check them. How much does she charge?
Do you feel comfortable with her and does she listen to you? -
Step 3
You may need to make a few appointments before you find the
right consultant but the time invested will be worth it.
You want to be confident that this person is capable of the job.
