These veggie wraps are tasty, healthy and easy to make.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • soft tortilla
  • shredded cheese
  • fat free veggie dip
  • carrots
  • green bell peppers
  • onions
  • spinach
  1. Step 1

    Prepare all of your veggies. Wash and slice them. I use carrots, green peppers, onions and spinach but you can certainly use other vegetables.

  2. Step 2

    Spread a thin layer of veggie dip on the tortilla. Lakeview Farms brand makes a very yummy fat free dill dip. Also, see my article "How to Make Dill Dip".

  3. Step 3

    Sprinkle with shredded cheese. You can use a low fat cheese for fewer calories.

  4. Step 4

    Add your sliced veggies. Roll the tortilla up and enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • warm the tortilla slightly to prevent it from breaking when you roll it
