Things You'll Need:
- soft tortilla
- shredded cheese
- fat free veggie dip
- carrots
- green bell peppers
- onions
- spinach

Step 1
Prepare all of your veggies. Wash and slice them. I use carrots, green peppers, onions and spinach but you can certainly use other vegetables.

Step 2
Spread a thin layer of veggie dip on the tortilla. Lakeview Farms brand makes a very yummy fat free dill dip. Also, see my article "How to Make Dill Dip".

Step 3
Sprinkle with shredded cheese. You can use a low fat cheese for fewer calories.

Step 4
Add your sliced veggies. Roll the tortilla up and enjoy!
