When making a Pizza there's nothing like making your own Pizza Dough and Pizza Sauce. Here is the recipe for pizza dough I use. I love thick crust pizza my husband likes thin crust pizza. I win most of the time because I'm making it.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Water- 80 degree F/27 degrees C 1 1/2 cups + 3 TBL
  • Oil- 2 Tablespoons
  • Sugar-2 Tablespoons
  • Salt-1 Tsp
  • Dry Milk-2 Tablespoons
  • Flour-4 1/2 Cups
  • Active Dry Yeast -2 Tsp or
  • Quick Rise Yeast-1 1/4 Tsp or
  • Bread Machine Yeast 1 1/4 Tsp
  1. Step 1
    Bread maker
    Bread maker

    Get that Bread maker out of the closet your going to need it today. Put all ingredients in it.

  2. Step 2
    Let dough mix
    Let dough mix

    Turn it on dough setting and knows what to do all by itself. It's going to start mixing the minute you push that start button.

  3. Step 3
    Dough will rise
    Dough will rise

    Let the dough rise. It takes about an hour.

  4. Step 4

    Makes 2 thick or 4 thin crusts.

Tips & Warnings
  • Adjust the flour and water to get the right texture for your pizza dough.
  • Adding Pizza/Italian seasoning, Garlic & onion powder, fennel seed to your pizza dough is fantastic.
