Things You'll Need:
- Water- 80 degree F/27 degrees C 1 1/2 cups + 3 TBL
- Oil- 2 Tablespoons
- Sugar-2 Tablespoons
- Salt-1 Tsp
- Dry Milk-2 Tablespoons
- Flour-4 1/2 Cups
- Active Dry Yeast -2 Tsp or
- Quick Rise Yeast-1 1/4 Tsp or
- Bread Machine Yeast 1 1/4 Tsp

Step 1
Bread makerGet that Bread maker out of the closet your going to need it today. Put all ingredients in it.

Step 2
Let dough mixTurn it on dough setting and knows what to do all by itself. It's going to start mixing the minute you push that start button.

Step 3
Dough will riseLet the dough rise. It takes about an hour.

Step 4
Makes 2 thick or 4 thin crusts.
