Things You'll Need:
- 1/2 pound cooked thawed shrimp
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- freshly ground black pepper, sea salt
-
Step 1
Place butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes in skillet over medium heat. Allow butter to melt and continue to let the mixture simmer for a few moments longer until it turns a slight golden brown color in the pan.
-
Step 2
Now add shrimp, and toss to coat in the mixture over the heat. Since the shrimp is already cooked you are simply heating it up and allowing it to become one with the mixture in the pan. Be careful not to overcook shrimp, it should only take 4-5 minutes for shrimp to reach a good temperature, but use your discretion.

Step 3
Remove from skillet and serve with rice, pasta, or by its self as a stand alone.
