    • 1 tsp. plain whole milk yogurt

        Remove the peel from 1/4 of an avocado.

        Place avocado in a bowl with the plain whole milk yogurt.

        Mash and mix together until you have a smooth paste.

        Apply beauty mask to clean skin, avoiding eyes, and let set for 15 minutes. Remove with warm water and washcloth.
