Things You'll Need:
- Citric Acid
- Water
- Dehydrator
- Apples
- Knife

Step 1
Peel, core, and slice apples to desired thickness.
*note: I did not peel my apples. This depends on your preference and I love to see the red skin brighten my fruit. -
Step 2
Mix together 6 Tablespoons citric acid with 1 pint of water.

Step 3
Dip apples into the mixture and place on dehydrator trays.

Step 4
ApplesRotate trays and let apples sit for 24-36 hours until done. We like ours to be pliable.
