Things You'll Need:
- One bunch of baby spinach, or a small head of lettuce, shredded
- 4 or 5 strips of bacon
- 1 small onion
- apple cider vinigar
- sugar
- salt & pepper

Step 1
Fry bacon until crisp, remove from skillet & let cool.

Step 2
Add chopped onion to bacon grease skillet. Sauté until transparent.

Step 3
Add about 1/4 cup of vinegar, 1 Tbs. sugar, salt & pepper to taste to the onions in skillet. Cook & stir until bubbly.

Step 4
Pour over spinach or lettuce in a large bowl & toss well. Serve immediately.
