Form the pine garland into a circle the size you want the wreath to be. You can also buy a pre-made pine wreath at the local craft store if you prefer. You may want to go around twice to make it as full as possible. Once you get it the size you want, add and inch and cut it with wire cutters. Then, twist the end on to keep it in place.

Glue on several pine cones. You can put them in groups or spread them throughout the wreath. Either way looks nice.

Put on the Christmas balls. Use red and gold balls and put a piece of craft wire through the hanger and work it into the pine and through to the back of the wreath. Twist the wire to hold on the ball. Use 15 or 20 balls to make the wreath look full.

4
Spray the wreath lightly with spray-on snow. You want it to look snowed on but not covered by the snow.
-
5
Wire or glue a big Christmas bow to the top/center or bottom/center of the wreath. Twist on some craft wire to the back to form a loop to hang the wreath or use a door wreath hanger.
