How to Clear All Call Logs on a Verizon LG Phone

Your Verizon LG cell phone keeps logs of all of your dialed, received and missed calls. Although it can be helpful to retain this information, you may find yourself in a situation where you would like to clear all of your logs. Clearing your logs from time to time will also ensure that only the most recent calls are recorded.

Instructions

1. Open the phone and click the “Menu” button.

2. Find "Recent Calls." The center keypad above the numerical keys can click up, down, left and right. Click right until you see the “Recent Calls” option.

3. Click “All.”

4. Click “Options.”

5. Click “Erase All.”

6. When prompted if you want to “Erase all?”, click “Yes.”

Tips & Warnings

• Be sure you are certain you want to clear your logs; once deleted, the information can not be retrieved.
