Where to Buy Skateboard Ramps
Many skaters prefer to make their own ramps for personal use. You may not have the ability or desire to do this or you may be hosting a skateboard competition. Fortunately, buying your own skateboard ramp is a relatively simple process. Many sporting goods stores sell both smaller and full-sized professional ramps. Don't worry if local stores in your area don't sell skateboard ramps. There are numerous websites which sell any kind of ramp you could want.

1
Visit a big name sporting goods store in your area. Dick's, Modell's and Sports Authority are just three examples of stores that sell skateboard ramps. You may want to call the store ahead of time to make sure that they have ramps in stock before you make the trip.

2
Call a local bike or skate shop. These stores may not sell ramps but the owner could give you the contact information to a seller in your area. Let the owner know exactly what you're looking for so that the individual can best assist you.

3
Contact a skate park in your town or city. These parks replace ramps every couple of years. When that happens, these ramps are usually sold off, many times in an auction.
