Open an online account. Go the catalog website (follow the link in Resources) and click on "My Account," followed by "Create an Account."

Enter all the necessary information: your name, address, phone number, email address and password. Make sure to save and remember your password. It will also be emailed to you.

Follow the link to enter your credit card or other payment information. Use either your regular credit card or your Lane Bryant Catalog credit card to pay your bill.
